One of the most pet peeve is knowing that one of my nails peeled or broke, many girls felt like me because peeling nails is very painful and it reduces the hands beauty, as nothing is beautiful more than the tidy nails. Peeling nails is caused by many reasons which happened as a result of malnutrition and neglecting, or because of some mistakes you do it unintentionally.


If you do have a nail that is peeling, repair it as quickly as possible to prevent the problem from worsening.

1- Anaemia: if you suffer from anaemi, make sure that it's the main reason for your problem.
2- Nails dehydration: non-wetting nails constantly leads to hurt your nails and make it dehydrated.
3- Using nail polish remover too much, which contains acetone that make nail weaker and help to break it.
4- Using keyboard or mobile phone.
If your nails were long, the process of friction lead to break them because of the continuous collision.
5- Using nails to open plastic paper which covers water and juice bottles.
6- Opening cans using nails like tuna and soft drinks cans.
7- Scratching shipping cards makes nails weak.
8- Removing any thing attached on surfaces, helps nails to break even you do that on laptop and phone screen, or posters.
 9- Wetting nails constantly while doing dishes make your nails weak.
10- Strenuous home tasks like carrying heavy things or pulling furniture.
